POLLO AL AROMA DE TOMILLO
Elaboración: 13 minutos
Con cestillo
Coja cada cortada de lomo y extiéndala en su área de traba-
jo. Coloque una loncha de jamón york y queso sobre cada
cortada de lomo. Enrolle todas las cortadas de lomo y rebó-
celas en harina.
Bata un par de huevos en un bowl. Introduzca los libros de
lomo en su interior y a continuación sáquelos para su rebo-
zado con el pan rallado. Ayúdese de palillo si fuera necesario
para cerrar los libritos de lomo.
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 minutos a 200 ºC.
A continuación añadimos en la FreiMatic con cestillo y aña-
dimos una cucharada de aceite sobre los libritos.
Programamos a 250º C durante 13 minutos. Cuando ésta
lleve 8, abrimos la tapa y gire los libritos de lomo. Haga tan-
das si lo desea.
Ideal como plato
principal Ingredientes:
3-4 personas
250 gr de lomo en
cortadas nas.
200 gr de queso para
fundir.
200 gr de jamón york.
Harina.
2 huevos.
Pan rallado.
1 cucharada de aceite.
Sal y Pimienta al gusto.
LIBRITOS DE LOMO CON JAMÓN Y QUESO
Ideal como plato
principal Ingredientes:
2 personas
350 gr pollo a trocitos.
2 tomates.
1 cebolla.
Tomillo.
1 cucharada de aceite.
Sal y Pimienta al gusto.
Elaboración: 20-30 minutos
Con cestillo
Cortamos el pollo a trocitos. Sazonamos el pollo con el tomillo,
sal y pimienta al gusto. Ponemos en un bowl y añadimos una
cucharada de aceite y mezclamos.
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 minutos a 200 ºC.
Lo ponemos en la FreiMatic con cestillo y programamos a 235º
C durante 20 minutos. Abrimos y removemos cada 10 minutos.
Cuando hayan pasado 10 minutos, añadimos el tomate y la
cebolla a taquitos y dejamos que se haga.
Si lo queremos más aderezado, añadiremos un poco más de
tiempo.
