Elaboración: 35 minutos
Con cestillo
Ponemos el conejo en adobo como una hora con un majado de ajos, sal, tomillo y coñac. Lavamos y cortamos las patatas a taquitos.
Cortamos el pimiento a trozos.
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 minutos a 200 ºC.
Ponemos el conejo, un par de dientes de ajo, las patatas y añadimos una cucharada de aceite. Mezclamos.
Ponemos todos los ingredientes en la FreiMatic y programamos a 235 ºC durante 35 minutos. Abrimos y removemos cada 10 mi-
nutos.
Cuando queden 10 minutos añadimos el pimiento. Dejamos que termine. Si nos gusta la comida más aderezada, añadiremos un
poco más de tiempo.
Ideal como plato principal
Ingredientes: 2 personas
1/4 Conejo troceado.
4 dientes de ajo.
Tomillo.
Un chorro de coñac.
2 patatas.
1/2 pimiento verde.
1 cucharada de aceite.
Sal y Pimienta al gusto.
CONEJO AL AJILLO
Elaboración: 20 minutos
Con cestillo
Limpiamos y cortamos a taquitos los pimientos.
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 minutos a 200 ºC.
Ponemos los pimientos en la FreiMatic con cestillo y programamos a 235º C durante 5 minutos. Ponemos el pollo a trocitos en
un bowl y sazonamos con sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo, añadimos una cucharada de aceite, rociamos con oporto, y mezclamos.
Añadimos el pollo junto con los pimientos en la FreiMatic y programamos a 235º C durante 15 minutos. Abrimos y removemos a
los 10 minutos.
Si nos gusta la comida un poco más aderezada, añadiremos un poco más de tiempo.
Ideal como plato principal
Ingredientes: 4 personas
350 gr pollo a trocitos.
Ajo en polvo.
1 cucharada de aceite.
Un chorro de oporto.
1 pimiento verde grande.
Sal y Pimienta al gusto.
