Elaboración: 45 minutos
Sin cestillo
Lavamos las verduras y cortamos en tiras más bien grandes. Ponemos la berenjena en un cuenco con agua y sal, para que
pierda el amargor, durante 1/2 hora aproximadamente
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 minutos a 200 ºC.
Ponemos todas las verduras en un bowl y añadimos una cucharada de aceite y mezclamos.
Colocamos las verduras en la FreiMatic sin cestillo y programamos a 235º C durante 30 minutos. Abrimos y removemos cada
10 minutos.
Cuando el temporizador indique la nalización del tiempo, dejamos reposar cerrada durante 15 min aproximadamente ( este
proceso, ayudará a pelar las verduras). Retiramos la piel de los pimientos y las berenjenas a continuación.
Colocamos en una fuente y sazonamos con sal, pimienta y hierbas aromáticas ( tomillo, orégano, albahaca)y añadir un buen
chorro de aceite de oliva virgen.
Ideal como plato entrante
Ingredientes: 4 personas
1 berenjena grande
2 pimientos rojos medianos
2 cebolletas medianas
Sal y Pimienta al gusto
Hierbas aromáticas
1 cucharada de aceite para cocinar
1 buen chorro de aceite para aliñar
Elaboración: 10 minutos
Con cestillo
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 minutos a 200 ºC.
Cortamos el jamón en dados.
Ponemos el jamón en la FreiMatic con cestillo. Programamos durante 10 minutos.
En un bowl ponemos los corazones de alcachofa y mezclamos con una cucharada de aceite.
Cuando queden 7 minutos añadimos los corazones de alcachofa. Sazonamos con sal y pimienta al gusto. Cada 5 minutos,
abrimos la tapa y removemos.
Ideal como plato entrante
Ingredientes: 2 personas
2 bote de corazones de alcachofa.
150 gr de jamón cortado en dados.
1/2 cucharada de aceite.
Sal y Pimienta al gusto.
