Sin cestillo
Hacemos el caramelo con el azúcar y unas gotas de limón en una sartén aparte.
En el litro de leche añadimos los huevos el azúcar y la raspadura de limón, lo batimos todo.
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 minutos a 200 ºC.
Echamos el caramelo en los moldes de repostería y luego echamos la mezcla. Cubrimos con papel de plata y los ponemos en
la FreiMatic sin cestillo. Vertemos agua en la FreiMatic para que la cocción sea al baño maría.
Programamos la FreiMatic sin cestillo a 235º C durante 20 minutos. Para comprobar que están cuajado pinchar, con la tapa de
albal puesta, y si sale limpia están listos. Si no añada más tiempo.
Ideal como postre
Ingredientes: 4 personas
1 litro de leche.
7 huevos.
8 cucharadas de azúcar.
Raspadura de limón.
Azúcar para el caramelo.
FLAN DE HUEVO
Elaboración: 30 minutos
Sin cestillo
Pelamos las manzanas y las peras y las cortamos en trozos pequeños (dados).
Mezclamos las frutas con el aceite y la canela en un bowl. Ponemos en la FreiMatic y programamos a 235º C durante 10 minu-
tos. A los 5 minutos, añade las nueces y las pasas. Removemos cada 5 minutos.
Mezclamos bien la crema de soja con el zumo de manzana y añádelos 2 minutos antes de nalizar la cocción.
Ideal como postre
Ingredientes: 4 personas
2-3 manzanas.
2-3 peras.
100 g de nueces.
20 gr de pasas.
1 cucharada de aceite.
1 vaso de crema de soja con sabor a
vainilla.
1 cucharada de zumo de manzana.
Una pizca de canela molida.
