27Freidora dietética FreiMatic

Elaboración: 20 minutos
Con cestillo
Ponemos las alitas limpias en un bowl con la sal , la pimienta, los ajos laminados, el zumo de un limón. Lo dejamos toda la
mañana. A continuacion añadimos una cucharada de aceite.
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 minutos a 200 ºC.
Retiramos los ajos y ponemos las alitas en la FreiMatic con cestillo. Programamos a 225º C 30 minutos y dejamos cocinar. Dele
la vuelta a las alitas a los 25 minutos de su cocción.
Si nos gustan más doradas, las dejamos más tiempo. Se pueden hacer varias tandas.
Ideal como plato principal
Ingredientes: 2 personas
500 gr Alitas de pollo.
1 cucharada de aceite.
3 dientes de ajo.
Sal y Pimienta al gusto.
1 Limón.
ALITAS DE POLLO
Elaboración: 25 minutos
Sin cestillo
Lavamos el pimiento. Picamos la cebolla y cortamos el pimiento en taquitos. Cortamos el lomo en trozos pequeños.
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 minutos a 200 ºC. Ponemos la cebolla y el pimiento en un bowl con una cucharada de
aceite y mezclamos.
Ponemos en la FreiMatic sin cestillo la cebolla y el pimiento cortado a taquitos a 250º C durante 15 minutos.
Maceramos los lomos en vino Jerez junto con ajo picado con perejil.
Lo añadimos todo a la FreiMatic ( liquido incluido) y ponemos 10 minutos más a 250º C.
Pasado ese tiempo, si el lomo ya está a nuestro gusto, ya estará listo para comer. Si no, añadiremos unos minutos más.
Ideal como plato principal
Ingredientes: 2-3 personas
400 gr letes de lomo.
1 cebolla.
1 pimiento Verde.
1 diente de Ajo.
1 cucharada de aceite.
Sal Y Pimienta al gusto.
Perejil.
Un chorro de vino Jerez.
