Con cestillo
Pelamos y picamos los 4 dientes de ajo. Precalentamos
la FreiMatic durante 5 minutos a 200 ºC.
Asegúrese de que los calamares estén bien limpios.
Ponemos en un bowl los calamares con el ajo, perejil y
una cucharada de aceite y mezclamos. Sazone con sal
y pimienta al gusto.
Ponemos en la FreiMatic con cestillo y programamos
a 225º C 14 minutos la FreiMatic. Dele la vuelta a los
calamares a los 7 minutos.
Ideal como plato principal
Ingredientes: 2 personas
500 gr de calamares medianos.
4 dientes de ajo.
Perejil.
1 cucharada de aceite.
Sal y Pimienta al gusto.
CALAMARES MEDITERRÁNEOS
Elaboración: 50-60 minutos
Con cestillo
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 minutos a 200 ºC.
Pelar las patatas y cortarlas a daditos. Lavarlas y secar-
las bien. Pelar y picar los dientes de ajo.
Ponemos las patatas en un bowl con 1/2 cucharada de
aceite y mezclamos. Añadir 2 dientes de ajo picados.
Añadimos y programamos la FreiMatic con cestillo a
210º C durante 25 minutos. Abrimos y removemos cada
10 minutos.
Una vez haya acabado, reservamos las patatas en un
plato. Ponemos las colas de gambas en un bowl con 2
dientes de ajo picados, el perejil picado y 1/2 cucharada
de aceite de oliva. Removemos. Añadimos a la FreiMatic
con cestillo y programamos a 210º C durante 15 minutos.
5 minutos antes el n de la cocción, añadir las patatas.
Ideal como plato principal
Ingredientes: 2-3 personas
500 gr de patatas,
500 g de colas de gambas cocidas
Perejil picado
4 dientes de ajo
Sal y Pimienta al gusto
2 x 1/2 cucharadas de aceite
