Grillgemüse-Salat
Portionen: 4
Vorbereitungszeit: ca. 15 Minuten
Garzeit: ca. 20 – 25 Minuten
Zutaten:
1 Paprika, rot
1 Paprika, gelb
1 Paprika, grün
1 Gemüsezwiebel
2 Karotten
1 Zucchini
150 g Champignons
3 Knoblauchzehen
1 EL Olivenöl
1 EL Walnussöl
2 EL Balsamicoessig
2 EL Sojasoße
Gewürze: Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver n. B.
Zubereitung:
1. Gemüse putzen und in mundgerechte, gleich große Stücke schneiden.
2. Zwiebeln schälen und vierteln.
3. Knoblauch schälen und fein hacken.
4. Gese, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in eine große Schüssel geben, würzen und gut
durchmengen.
5. Olivenöl, Walnussöl, Balsamicoessig und Sojasoße dazu geben und nochmals gut
durchmischen.
6. Korbeinsatz in das Gerät einsetzen.
7. Gemüsemischung in das Gerät geben.
8. Gartemperatur auf 200 °C einstellen.
9. Garzeit auf ca. 20 – 25 Minuten einstellen und das Gerät einschalten.
10. Verlängern oder Verkürzen Sie ggf. Garzeit, je nachdem ob Sie Ihr Gemüse
knackig oder weich bevorzugen.
11. Der Salat schmeckt hervorragend zu Grill eisch und Fisch oder mit frischem
Baguette als Vorspeise.
