Grilled Vegetable Salad
Portions: 4
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Cooking time: approx. 20-25 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pepper, red
1 pepper, yellow
1 pepper, green
1 Spanish onion
2 carrots
1 courgette
150 g mushrooms
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. walnut oil
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. soya sauce
Seasoning: salt, pepper, paprika powder to taste.
Preparation:
1. Clean the vegetables and cut them into bite-size pieces of equal size.
2. Peel the onion and cut into quarters.
3. Peel the garlic and chop it up into small pieces.
4. Place the vegetables, onion and garlic into a large bowl, season and mix together
well.
5. Add the olive oil, walnut oil, balsamic vinegar and soya sauce to this and again
mix together well.
6. Insert the basket insert into the device.
7. Place the vegetable mixture into the device.
8. Set the cooking temperature to 200 °C.
9. Set the cooking time to approx. 20-25 minutes and switch on the device.
10. Increase or reduce the cooking time if necessary, depending on whether you
prefer your vegetables crispy or soft.
11. This salad tastes superb with grilled meat and sh or with a fresh baguette as a
starter.
