Turkey Strips with Pepper Vegetables

Portions: 4

Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes

Cooking time: approx. 20-25 minutes

Ingredients:

600 g turkey breast

3 peppers (red, yellow, green)

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

1-2 tbsp. oil

3-4 tbsp. light soya sauce

Seasoning: salt, pepper to taste.

Preparation:

1. Cut the turkey breast into strips and mix with the soya sauce.

2. Wash the peppers, remove the cores and cut into bite-size pieces.

3. Peel the onion and cut into quarters.

4. Peel the garlic and chop it up into small pieces.

5. Insert the basket insert into the device.

6. Place the peppers into the device and spread oil over them.

7. Set the cooking temperature to 200 °C.

8. Set the cooking time to approx. 5 minutes and switch on the device.

9. After the cooking time is up, add the onion and garlic.

10. Set the cooking time to a further 5 minutes and switch on the device.

11. After the cooking time is up, add the turkey strips.

12. Cook for a further 10-15 minutes until the meat is cooked.

13. Extend the cooking time if necessary if the meat is not yet cooked.

14. We recommend wild rice or ribbon noodles as an accompaniment to this dish.
