Asian-Style Pork
Portions: 2-3
Preparation time: approx. 60 minutes
Cooking time: approx. 15 minutes
Ingredients:
approx. 600 g pork llet
2 garlic cloves
5 tbsp. soya sauce
1-2 tsp. ginger powder
1-2 tsp. Sambal Oelek
2 tbsp. oil (e.g. groundnut oil or soya bean oil)
Seasoning: salt, pepper to taste.
Preparation:
1. Cut the pork into bite-size pieces of equal size.
2. Mix together the soya sauce, Sambal Oelek, ginger powder and one tablespoon
of oil in a bowl.
3. Peel the garlic, chop it up into small pieces and add to the marinade.
4. Add salt and pepper to the marinade to taste.
5. Allow the meat to infuse in the marinade for 30-60 minutes.
6. Insert the basket insert into the device.
7. Place the meat together with the marinade into the device.
8. Set the cooking temperature to 200 °C.
9. Set the cooking time to 10-15 minutes and switch on the device.
10. The cooking time may differ from the recipe depending on the size of the
pieces of meat. If necessary, adjust the cooking temperature and cooking time
accordingly.
11. Serve with basmati rice or wild rice.
