ter is activated.
CONTOUR
The peak position of the CONTOUR Filter is graphi-
cally depicted here when the CONTOUR Filter is acti-
vated.
NOTCH
The null position of the IF Notch Filter is graphically
depicted here when the IF Notch Filter is activated.
WIDTH
Indicates the bandwidth setting of the DSP IF filter.
SHIFT
Graphically indicates the peak position of the DSP IF
filter.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The FT-950 uses a Vacuum Fluorescent Display
(VFD).
With long-term use, it is normal for the indication
color to change and the brightness level to decrease.
The 50 % brightness level is rated more than 30
thousand hours.
