4.4.2 Defecten mobiele telefoons
De Telecom Manager kan de defecte mobiele telefoon / mobiele telefoon aanmelden op de reparatiesite
van Vodafone: https://www.vodafone.nl/zakelijk/support/toestel/enterprise-repair-service.shtml De Telecom
Manager dient daartoe vooraf een wachtwoord aan te vragen bij de Account Manager van Vodafone of bij
uw Vodafone Support afdeling. Vodafone stuurt de Telecom Manager binnen drie dagen een e-mail met
een gebruikersnaam, wachtwoord en instructies voor het gebruik van de reparatiesite van Vodafone.
4.4.3 Defecten vaste telefoons en accessoires
Het retour adres voor vaste telefoons, bijbehorende accessoires en One Net switches is hieronder
weergegeven.

Aflevering van vervangende eindgebruikers apparatuur zal per post geschieden. De klant is zelf
verantwoordelijk voor installatie on-site.
De bovengenoemde service levels betreffende reparaties gelden zowel voor gehuurde als gekochte One
Net apparatuur. Buiten de garantieperiode worden de kosten voor nieuwe apparatuur in rekening
gebracht. Let op: Voor alle reparaties / swaps wordt door Vodafone een eigen risico in rekening gebracht
conform de geldende Vodafone One Net Enterprise Tarieflijst.
