Orgreenic Receptengids Tel Sell

KIP MET CASHEWNOTEN:
De smaak van cashewnoten en koriander maken dit Vietnamese gerecht
onweerstaanbaar.
Ingrediënten voor 4 porties:
2 eetlepels plantaardige olie (optioneel)
2 teentjes knoflook, gehakt
± 450 gr vlees van de kippendij, in dunne plakken gesneden
½ theelepel palmsuiker
1 eetlepel oestersaus
2 theelepels Nuoc Mam saus* (Vietnamese chilisaus)
¼ kip zoutarme kippenbouillon
¾ kop geroosterde, ongezouten cashewnoten
1 eetlepel gehakte koriander
2 sjalotten, elk in achten gesneden
1 kop shiitake paddenstoelen
2 kleine gedroogde chilipepers (of meer naar smaak)
Bereiding:
Roerbak de chilipepers in de Orgreenic Wokpan of koekenpan totdat ze glazig
worden (in 1/8 theelepel olie indien gewenst).
Zet apart.
Roerbak de knoflook (met eventueel wat meer olie) totdat het begint te kleuren.
Voeg kip, suiker, oestersaus en Nuoc Mam saus toe en roerbak totdat de kip
goudbruin kleurt.
Temper het vuur en voeg de bouillon toe.
Laat enkele minuten koken en roer af en toe.
Wanneer de kip gaar is voegt u toe: cashewnoten, koriander, sjalot,
paddenstoelen en chilipepers en laat 3 minuten smoren. Roer af en toe heel
voorzichtig en probeer hierbij de chilipepers heel te houden.
Haal van het vuur af en serveer direct.
* U kunt de Nuoc Mam saus vervangen door sojasaus of miso pasta en een of twee
extra chilipepers.
