5. Voeg de ui en de gesneden venkel toe, sluit het apparaat en fruit dit terwijl u
regelmatig roert in 6 – 7 minuten, totdat de stukjes venkel zacht zijn.
6. Voeg nu de rijst toe en roer alles goed door. Zet de deksel weer op het appa-
raat en bak de rijst gedurende 3 minuten terwijl u regelmatig roert.
7. Verwijder de deksel en voeg de wijn toe. Laat het geheel zonder deksel 2 – 3 mi-
nuten doorkoken terwijl u regelmatig roert, totdat de rijst de wijn heeft opge-
nomen.
RISOTTO instelling
1. Voeg nu de bouillon en de peper toe en roer alles goed door. Zet de deksel weer
op het apparaat en druk op de RISOTTO knop en daarna op de START/CANCEL
knop.
2. Zodra het apparaat automatisch in de KEEP WARM modus gaat – dat is onge-
veer na 20 – 30 minuten – dan verwijdert u de deksel en roert u de plakjes as-
perges en de resterende boter door de risotto. Sluit het apparaat weer en laat
het gedurende 5 minuten in de KEEP WARM modus rusten.
3. Roer de citroensap en de citroenschil er vervolgens doorheen en breng de risotto
op smaak met zout.
Direct met de warme garnalen serveren.
