RECEPTEN
GEROOSTERDE POMPOEN EN QUINOA SALADE
Voor 4 – 6 porties
Ingrediënten
3 eetlepels olijfolie
400 g pompoen, geschild en in blokjes van 1,5 cm grote gesneden
2 maatbekers quinoa
3 maatbekers kippenbouillon
4 groene uien (lente-uien), dun gesneden
3 – 4 gedroogde vijgen
50 g baby spinazie
2 eetlepels citroensap
Bereiding
SAUTÉ/SEAR instelling
1. Druk op de SAUTÉ/SEAR knop en dan op de START/CANCEL knop. Verwarm met
de deksel gesloten de uitneembare kookpan gedurende 3 minuten.
2. Verwijder de deksel, doe de helft van de olie in de kookpan en verwarm deze
ca. 1 minuut.
3. Voeg de pompoen toe, sluit het apparaat en bak de pompoen terwijl uw regel-
matig roert gedurende 3 – 4 minuten tot ze zacht en goudbruin zijn. Haal het
vervolgens uit de pan en zet het aan de kant.
RICE/STEAM instelling
1. Voeg de quinoa en de kippenbouillon toe en roer alles goed door. Plaats de dek-
sel weer op het apparaat en druk op de RICE/STEAM knop en dan op de
START/CANCEL knop.
2. Zodra het apparaat automatisch in de KEEP WARM modus gaat – dat is onge-
veer na 10 – 15 minuten – dan verwijdert u de deksel en maakt u de inhoud met
een vork los en laat u het afkoelen.
