5. Verwarm nu de resterende boter en olie, totdat de boter gesmolten is. Voeg de
ui en de knoflook to. Sluit het apparaat af en fruit dit terwijl u regelmatig roert
in 3 – 4 minuten, totdat de stukjes ui zacht zijn.
6. Voeg de rijst toe en meng alles goed door. Zet de deksel weer op het apparaat
en bak de rijst 2 – 3 minuten of net zolang totdat de rijst glazig wordt.
RISOTTO instelling
1. Voeg nu de kippenbouillon toe en roer alles goed door. Zet de deksel weer op
het apparaat en druk op de RISOTTO knop en daarna op de START/CANCEL
knop.
2. Zodra het apparaat automatisch in de KEEP WARM modus gaat – dat is onge-
veer na 20 – 30 minuten – dan verwijdert u de deksel en roert u de kipstukjes,
de pesto saus, de Parmezaanse kaas en de rucola bladeren door de risotto.
Direct serveren en met de overige vers geraspte Parmezaanse kaas bestrooien.
