9.3 Pulled beef
Para 4 a 6 personas
Ingredientes:
1,2 kg de asado
2 cebollas
180 ml de caldo de carne caliente
1 a 2 cucharaditas de especias de barbacoa o churrasco
Sal, pimienta, vinagre balsámico y un poco de miel
Preparación:
Lavar el asado en agua fría y secar con papel de cocina. A continuación, frotar las especias en el asado.
Pelar las cebollas y cortar el aros finos. Repartir la cebolla en la base de la olla de cerámica (4) y añadir
el caldo de carne caliente.
Colocar el asado en la olla de cerámica (4) y echar unas gotas de vinagre balsámico en la carne.
Cerrar la tapa (2) y dejar cocinar durante 5 a 6 horas en la posición HIGH.
Con dos tenedores, deshacer la carne en trocitos ("pull"). Condimentar con sal, pimienta y miel segundo
su gusto personal.
9.4 Pollo asiático a la naranja
Para 4 personas
Ingredientes:
3 a 4 pechugas de pollo deshuesadas y sin piel
3 cucharaditas de almidón de maíz o almidón común
2 cucharaditas de aceite para cocinar
1 cucharadita de vinagre de arroz o de vinagre balsámico suave
3 cucharaditas de salsa de soja
1/2 cucharadita de aceite de sésamo
150 g de mermelada de naranja
4 cucharaditas de azúcar moreno
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1 ramito de hierbaluisa
Un poco de pimienta molida
2 cucharaditas de sésamo con piel
1 guindilla roja
