9.2 Salsa boloñesa

Para 4 personas

Ingredientes:

 1 cebolla

 1 diente de ajo

 1 zanahoria

 100 g de tocino ahumado troceado

 1 a 2 troncos de apio

 500 g de carne picada mixta

 2 cucharadas de mantequilla

 1/8 l de vino tinto

 200 ml de caldo

 400 g (1 lata) de tomate triturado o entero

 500 g de tomate frito

 Sal, pimienta, azúcar, orégano

Además le recomendamos:

 500 g de espaguetis hervidos

 Queso parmesano recientemente rallado

Preparación:

Pelar las cebollas, el ajo, la zanahoria y el apio. Picarlo todo abundantemente.

Calentar la mantequilla suavemente en una sartén. Sofreír primero los trozos de tocino, luego añadir la

cebolla, el ajo, el apio y la zanahoria. A continuación, añadir la carne picada, mezclar bien la masa de

carne y verdura y dejar sofreír homogéneamente.

Añadir el vino tinto removiendo continuamente hasta que casi todo se haya evaporado.

Añadir la carne picada sofrita en la olla de cerámica (4). A continuación, añadir el caldo y los tomates.

Remover todo bien y condimentar con sal, pimienta, un poco de azúcar y orégano.

Cerrar la tapa (2) y dejar cocinar la salsa durante 6 horas en la posición LOW.
