Preparación:
En un bol grande, mezclar el azúcar moreno, el vinagre de arroz, la mermelada de naranja, el aceite de
sésamo y la salsa de soja. Sazonar con sal y pimienta.
Guardar la marinada.
Lavar las pechugas de pollo en agua fría y secar con papel de cocina.
Cortar la carne en trozos pequeños.
Echar el almidón de maíz o almidón común en un bol o una bolsa de congelación.
Añadir los trozos de carne y removerlo todo hasta que la carne quede rebozada.
En una sartén, calentar suavemente el aceite de sésamo y sofreír el pollo. No es necesario que la carne
quede hecha en la sartén, dado que luego continuará cocinando en la olla de cocción lenta.
A continuación, añadir el pollo y la marinada en la olla de cocción lenta. Remover todos los ingredientes
con cuidado.
Separar las hojas de la hierbaluisa y picar el extremo inferior. A continuación, machacar un poco con un
ablandador o una olla plana.
Después añadir la hierbaluisa en la olla de cocción lenta.
Cerrar la tapa (2) y dejar cocinar durante 4 a 5 horas en la posición LOW o 2 a 3 horas en la posición
HIGH.
Finalmente, echar el sésamo encima del pollo a la naranja.
Si le gusta el picante, puede añadir algo de guindilla roja picada.

2 cebollas, bien picadas
100 g de apio en trozos finos
1 puerro en trozos finos
2 zanahorias en trozos finos
300 g de patatas (para puré) en trozos finos
