1/2 manojo de perejil fresco bien picado
1 cucharadita de mejorana seca
1 a 2 cucharaditas de sal
Pimienta negra molida fresca
4 salchichas Frankfurt en rodajas
Preparación:
Lavar el apio, las zanahorias y el puerro y cortar en trozos finos. Pelar las patatas y cortar en trozos
homogéneos. Pelar y picar la cebolla.
Cortar el tocino en trozos pequeños.
En una sartén, calentar la manteca de cerdo, añadir el tocino y sofreír. A continuación, añadir el apio, la
zanahoria y el puerro. Sofreír unos instantes a fuego vivo.
Calentar la olla de cocción lenta en la posición LOW y añadir la verdura, la cebolla y el tocino sofritos
en la olla de cocción lenta. Añadir las patatas troceadas y los guisantes junto con el caldo caliente.
Añadir la mejorana seca. Remover bien y cerrar la tapa de vidrio (2).
Transcurridas unas 5 horas (o unas 4 horas en la posición HIGH), añadir las rodajas de salchichas de
Frankfurt. Como alternativa, tras las 6 horas de cocción, añadir las salchichas y seguir cocinando el
guisado durante otros 30 minutos.
Condimentar el guisado con sal y pimienta y añadir el perejil picado justo antes de servir.
9.6 Estofado Toscana
Para 4 personas
Ingredientes:
500 g de filete de cerdo
1 paquete de bacon
400 ml de nata para montar
1 lata de tomate concentrado
1 lata de tomate triturado
2 dientes de ajo
3 a 4 cucharadas de ketchup
2 cucharaditas de mantequilla
2 cucharaditas de pimentón dulce
Una pizca de pimienta de Cayena
1/2 cucharadita de romero seco
1/2 cucharadita de tomillo seco
1/2 cucharadita de albahaca seca
Sal y pimienta negra molida fresca
Además le recomendamos: baguette o arroz
