500 gramov uvarených špagiet Čerstvo postrúhaný parmezán
Postup:
Olúpte cibule, cesnak, mrkvy a zeler. Nadrobno všetko nasekajte.
Roztopte jemne maslo v panvici. Najprv opražte plátky slaniny, pridajte cibuľu, cesnak, zeler a mrkvy.
Pridajte mleté mäso a nechajte opiecť zmes mäsa a zeleniny rovnomerne dohneda.
Prilejte červené víno a miešajte po celý čas, kým sa celé takmer nevyparí.
Vložte do keramickej nádoby (4) dohneda opraženú zmes mletého mäsa. Pridajte vývar a paradajky.
Dobre zmiešajte a okoreňte soľou, čiernym korením, malým množstvom cukru a oreganom.
Zatvorte veko (2) a varte omáčku po dobu 6 hodín v polohe LOW.
9.3 Trhané hovädzie mäso
4 až 6 porcií
Ingrediencie:
1,2 kg veľký kus hovädzieho mäsa
2 cibule
180 ml teplého hovädzieho vývaru
1-2 polievkové lyžice grilovacieho alebo
hovädzieho korenia
Soľ, čierne korenie, balzamíkový ocot a
kúsok medu
Postup:
Opláchnite kus mäsa pod studenou vodou a vysušte papierovou utierkou. Vtrite korenie do mäsa.
Olúpte cibule a nakrájajte ich na jemné krúžky. Rozložte krúžky cibule na dne keramickej nádoby (4) a
zalejte teplým hovädzí vývarom.
Vložte kus mäsa do keramickej nádoby (4) a postriekajte ho pár kvapkami balzamíkového oleja.
Zatvorte veko (2) a varte po dobu 5-6 hodín v polohe HIGH.
Po uvarení natrhajte mäso na malé kúsky pomocou dvoch vidličiek. Okoreňte soľou, čiernym korením a
medom podľa chuti.
