Pulsar MODE hasta que MAX (superior o inferior del valor límite)
aparece.
Tener pulsado SET hasta que aparece primero ”hold“ y después el
valor FC superior (240) parpadeando (Symbolo:
).
Introducir el valor límite superior con SET. La regulación aparece en
orden decreciente ( p. ej. 240 160).
Confirmar con MODE y pasar a introducir el valor límite inferior
(reglaje de base =30 ) (Symbolo:
).
Introducir con SET (funciona en orden ascendente 30 140)
Confirmar con MODE y salir.
Programación de los valores límites de la Frecuencia cardiaca
Pulsar MODE hasta que aparece KCAL
Mantener pulsado SET hasta que aparece ”hold“ y después
parpadeando el número del factor del deporte específico
Introducir el número con SET.
Pulsar sobre MODE para pasar a la cifra siguiente e introducir con
SET de nuevo el número deseado.
La página siguiente muestra la lista de los factores de cálculo según
los deportes a practicar.
Confirmar con MODE y pasar a introducir el genero:
Introducir M (hombre) o F (mujer) y confirmar con MODE.
Pulsar SET para introducir el peso. Confirmar con MODE y salir.
En el modo 24 horas el peso se introduce en Kilos. Y en el
modo 12 horas en libras.
El cálculo de calorías quemadas se refiere al tiempo de
entrenamiento medido con el cronómetro.
Los valores límites correctos para el entrenamiento pueden verse en
las páginas 60 / 61.
