Programaciones básicas del reloj
• Pulsar MODE hasta que aparece Hora
• Mantener pulsado SET hasta que aparece “hold” y seguidamente
la hora parpadeando.
• Seleccionar con SET 12 ó 24, confirmar con MODE y pasar a
introducir la hora
• Introducir la hora con SET, pulsar MODE para pasar a minutos,
introducir con SET.
• Confirmar con MODE y salir
Cuando el SHAPE WATCH no recibe señal de FC durante un periodo
mínimo de 15 minutos, la hora aparece en el centro de la pantalla
• Pulsar MODE hasta que la fecha aparece en la pantalla. Mantener
pulsado SET hasta que aparece “hold” y seguidamente el año
parpadeando ( de origen 2004)
• Introducir el año con SET y confirmar con MODE y pasar a la
introducción del mes.
• Modo 24 horas: Introducir el día con SET y confirmar con MODE e ir
al mes. Introducir el mes con SET y confirmar con MODE.
• Modo 12 horas: En el modo 12 horas se introduce primero el mes y
posteriormente el día Cronómetro
• Pulsar MODE hasta que el cronómetro aparece en la pantalla.
• Poner en marcha o parar con CHRONO. Puesta a cero: Mantener
pulsada durante 2 segundos la tecla CHRONO.
• Se visualiza en pantalla tanto tiempo como el cronómetro está activo

• Para activar / desactivar pulsar ALARM.
• Suena cuando no se lleva el emisor (sin señal)
• Suena cuando se exceden por encima o por debajo los
límites de las zonas de entrenamiento

• Poner en marcha o parar con CHRONO.
• Puesta a cero: Mantener pulsada durante 2 segundos la tecla CHRONO.
