Grundeinstellungen der Uhr
• Taste MODE drücken bis die Uhrzeit erscheint.
• Taste SET gedrückt halten bis erst “hold” erscheint und dann
das blinkende Uhrzeitformat.
• Mit SET 12 oder 24 h einstellen, mit MODE bestätigen und zur
Uhrzeiteingabe wechseln.
• Mit SET die Stunden einstellen, mit MODE zur Minuteneingabe
wechseln, mit SET einstellen.
• Mit MODE bestätigen und beenden.
Erhält die SHAPE WATCH für mind. 15 min. kein HF-Signal
erscheint die Uhrzeit in der Mitte des Displays
• MODE drücken bis das Datum im Display erscheint.
• SET gedrückt halten bis erst hold und dann die blinkende
Jahresanzeige erscheint (Voreinstellung = 2004).
• Mit SET aktuelles Jahr einstellen, mit MODE bestätigen und zur
Eingabe des Monats wechseln.
• 24h-Modus: mit SET den Tag einstellen, mit MODE bestätigen und
zur Monatseinstellung wechseln. Mit SET einstellen und mit MODE
bestätigen.
• 12h-Modus: im 12h-Modus stellen Sie zuerst den Monat und
anschließend den Tag ein.

• Ertönt bei nicht angelegtem Gurt (kein Signal)
und bei Über-/Unterschreiten der Grenzwerte
