• The display shows:

„-L-“  if the temperature of the cooking zone is < 60 °C.

„-H-“  if the temperature of the cooking zone is > 60 °C.

• The pilot lamp of the “ON/STANDBY“ key lights and a signal tone sounds. The fan starts

running but stops after about 2 seconds.

• The appliance is in standby mode now.

2. Switching on

• Position a suitable cookware in the middle of the cooking zone.

• For switching-on, activate the touch key of the main switch.

• The display goes out, the LEDs POWER and WARM are ﬂ ashing.

If there is no further activation within 30 seconds after switch-on, the

control will switch back to the standby mode.

3. Cooking in “power level” mode

• Select the power level mode by activating the touch key “P”.

• The appliance starts with the pre-set power level ”6”, also shown in the display.

• Pressing the “–“ touch key will reduce the power output.

• Pressing the “+“ touch key will increase the power output.
