• You can switch back to keep-warm level “60 °C“ by pressing the touch key “–“.
Warming up small food quantities in „keep-warm“ mode
Induction technology stands for a direct and quick heat transfer. This may lead to an overheating when
small amounts of food are prepared. So in case you want to use the temperature levels 60 °C and 80 °C
for heating up your food, we recommend to start with a minor power level (01 – 03) and, after a short
while, to switch over to the desired temperature level.
6. Setting the operating time (timer) – from 1 up to 180 minutes
The timer can be activated in the “power level” mode as well as in the “keep-warm” mode.
• For activating the timer, touch the TIMER touch key.
• The appliance will switch over to ”timer” mode
• The display shows ”0“ and the LED ”TIMER“ is lit continuously.
If there is no further activation within 5 seconds after activating the timer, the
control will switch back to the normal cooking mode without timer.
• By touching the “+“ touch key you can increase the runtime in 5 minute intervals up to
180 minutes.
By continuously pressing the “+“ touch key you can increase the runtime in
quick steps.
• By touching the “-“ touch key you can reduce the runtime in 1 minute intervals.
By continuously pressing the “-“ touch key you can reduce the runtime in
quick steps.
• The display shows the set time, e. g. “180” (= 180 minutes).
• About 5 seconds after setting the timer, the display switches back to the previous
function.
• If the TIMER touch key is touched anew, the display will show the remaining runtime for
about 5 seconds, now the timer can also be adjusted once again.
• Once the set time has elapsed, there is a short audible signal and the control automati-
cally switches over to standby mode.
To stop the timer immediately, switch the timer setting back to “0” by pressing the
“-“ touch key. After about 5 seconds the “timer setting” mode is deactivated, the
corresponding LED goes out and the appliances resumes work without timer.
