- 1 colher de chá de mostarda
- 1 colher de chá de vinagre
- 2 dl de óleo
- Os ingredientes devem estar à temperatura
ambiente.

Coloque o disco de emulsionar dentro da taça.
Deite as gemas ou o ovo, a mostarda e o vinagre
na taça. Use a velocidade 1.Vá deitando o óleo
gradualmente através do tubo dos alimentos
sobre o disco.Também pode deitar o óleo através
do orifício do pressor.

em conserva e ovos cozidos.

Descasque e lave as batatas.

Coloque o disco no suporte (disco de cortar) da
taça e corte as batatas e a courgette na
velocidade 1.

Deite as fatias de batata em água a ferver com
uma pitada de sal até ficarem quase cozidas.

Coloque as batatas num passador e deixe
escorrer bem.

Corte metade da manteiga para uma frigideira;
frite metade das fatias de courgette durante 3
minutos virando-as frequentemente. Salpique as
fatias com metade das ervas. Frite a outra
metade das fatias de courgette da mesma
maneira e deite as ervas restantes.

um papel de cozinha.
