- 1 couve roxa pequena
- 2 cebolas roxas
- 1 funcho
- 1 maçã
- sumo de 1 laranja e 2 colheres de sopa de
vinagre de vinho tinto
- 1 colher de sopa de mostarda

Misture o sumo, a mostarda e o vinagre. Corte a
couve, as cebolas, o funcho e a maçã.

Junte os ingredientes numa saladeira.

-4 ovos
- 0.3 dl de água (35cC)
- 1 pitada de sal
- 150 gr de açúcar
- 1 pacote de açúcar baunilhado
- 150 gr de farinha peneirada
- 3 gr de fermento em pó

Bata os ovos e a água durante cerca de 2
minutos. Junte o açúcar, a baunilha e o sal, pouco
a pouco, e bata durante cerca de 1 minuto.A
mistura deve pingar da colher com uma
consistência espessa. Junte a farinha e o fermento
com uma espátula. Leve a cozer no forno a
170cC durante cerca de 30 a 35 minutos.

Sugestão: Este tipo de bolo pode ser recheado
com uma grande variedade de cremes ou,
simplesmente, com natas batidas e frutos frescos.
Tzaziki (salada de pepino, para 2 a 3

- 2 dl de iogurte
- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite
- 2 dentes de alho
- uma pitada de sal
- 1 colher de chá de endro finamente picado
- algumas folhas de hortelã

Descasque o pepino e corte-o na velocidade 1.
Coloque o pepino cortado num passador para
escorrer bem.

Misture os outros ingredientes, excepto as folhas
de hortelã, ao pepino. Deite a salada numa tigela,
tape e leve ao frigorífico a arrefecer durante uma
hora.Antes de servir, enfeite com folhas de hortelã.
