Procedimento
Use ervilhas ou feijão cozidos.
Se necessário, junte algum
líquido para melhorar a
consistência da mistura.
Esmague as batatas cozidas,
junte leite, sal e manteiga.
Use legumes cozinhados
Corte previamente em cubos
com 3 cm e pique com a
lâmina.
Para um puré mais grosseiro,
junte apenas um pouco de
líquido. Para um puré mais fino,
continue a juntar líquido até
obter uma mistura
suficientemente aveludada.
Use natas que tenham estado
no frigorífico. Nota: use pelo
menos 1.25 dl de natas.As
natas ficam prontas em cerca
de 20 segundos.

- 100 gr de açúcar mascavado
- uma pitada de sal
- 1 pacote de fermento em pó
- 300 gr de manteiga

Misture os ingredientes com a função de
batimento (P) durante max. 10 segundos. Coloque
a massa obtida numa forma rectangular e leve ao
forno durante 40 minutos a 170cC.
