Rale o queijo. Reduza os bróculos a puré com as
batatas cozidas e alguma água da cozedura dos
bróculos. Deite o puré de bróculos, o líquido
restante e os cubos numa medida e meça até 7.5
dl. Passe para uma panela e mexa até ferver.
Misture o queijo e tempere com o caril, o sal, a
pimenta e a noz moscada. Junte as natas.
Molho Roquefort
P
- Para preparar um molho Roquefort:
- 75 gr de queijo Roquefort ou outro queijo azul
- 2.5 dl de natas
- 2 gotas de Tabasco
- 1 colher de chá de vinagre branco
- 1 dente de alho
- meia colher de chá de açúcar
- 1 colher de chá de sal refinado
- pimenta
- meia colher de chá de mostarda

Coloque todos os ingredientes, excepto o queijo,
dentro da taça e misture bem. Junte o queijo e
continue a bater até obter a consistência
desejada.
Molho de iogurte
P
- 1.5 dl de iogurte
- 2 colheres de sopa de sumo de limão
- um quarto de colher de chá de sal
- pimenta
- 2 colheres de sopa de ervas aromáticas (salsa,
agrião, cebolinho, estragão, manjericão)

Coloque todos os ingredientes na taça e misture
bem.
Gaspacho (para 2 pessoas)

- 250 gr de tomate
- 1 dente de alho
- 1 colher de sopa de vinho tinto
- 1,5 colher de sopa de azeite
- 1 colher de sopa de polpa de tomate
- 1 pimento verde cortado em pedaços
- 1 cebola cortada
- 1 colher de sopa de maionese
- meio pepino pequeno cortado em pedaços
- 2.5 dl de caldo de galinha
- Guarnição: pimento, tomate e cebola crus em
pedacinhos.

Coloque todos os ingredientes na taça e misture
bem até obter um puré macio.Arrefeça a sopa no
frigorífico. Corte o pimento, o tomate e a cebola
para a guarnição.
Puré de batata
P
- 500 gr de batatas cozidas
- cerca de 1.6 dl de leite quente (90cC)
- 1 colher de sopa de manteiga
- sal

Comece por esmagar as batatas, junte o leite, o
sal e manteiga. Use a velocidade 1 e bata tudo
durante cerca de 30 segundos apenas para evitar
que o puré fique grudento.
