An extension of the operating time during
rain breaks can be set directly via the lawn
mower, see section “Setting the rain sen-
sor” or via the Parkside App: Settings
> Rain Sensor.
Setting secondary areas
In highly angular gardens, the area output
can be improved,
by setting secondary starting points. In this
case, several starting points can be select-
ed on the perimeter wire.
This allows the robotic mower to reach
areas of your garden that are difcult to
access.
The robotic mower will travel the selected
distance along the boundary wire and start
mowing in this area.
You can freely choose 5 further starting
points. To do this, measure the distance be-
tween the charging station and the starting
point clockwise along the perimeter wire.
You use the frequency in percent to deter-
mine how often the robotic mower starts its
work from the charging station or from the
respective starting points. The mowing pro-
cedure is still chaotic in this mode.
The secondary starting points are automat-
ically approached during operating hours
and according to schedule.
1. If necessary, open the cover (1).

PIN.
3. Press the OK button (7) to enter the
main menu.
4. Use the arrow buttons (6) to select
“Secondary areas”.
5. Press the OK button to select a second-
ary range (Areas). Select the starting
distance “Distance (dst)m” and the
ratio “Percent (pct)%” of the area to be
mowed with the arrow buttons (6) and
press the OK button to conrm. After
the selection, you automatically return
to the overview of the secondary areas.
6. Repeat step 5 to complete the setting of
each secondary area (Areas).
7. Press the OK button (7) to conrm the
result of the setting.
The lawn mower travels the distance
“Distance (dst) m” specied by you
along the boundary wire (1 - 500 metres)
and then starts mowing.
You can specify the frequency under
“Percent (pct)%” to determine how
often the robotic mower starts its work from
the charging station or from the respective
starting points.
The sum of the “Percent (pct)%” indication
of the 5 secondary ranges (Areas) must be
less than/equal to 100 %.
