3. De Afkoel Fase
Deze fase is bestemd om de spanning van uw bloedvaten en spieren af te bouwen. De strek-
oefeningen dienen nu te worden herhaald en vergeet niet dat er geen kracht of rukbewegingen
mogen worden gebruikt voor een strekking.
Wanneer u meer conditie krijgt-kunt u langer en zwaarder trainen. Aangeraden wordt om
tenminste driemaal per week te trainen. Indien mogelijk, verdeel uw trainingen over de gehele
week.
SPIER ONTWIKKELING
Om tijdens de training de spieren te ontwikkelen dient de weerstand behoorlijk hoog te zijn
ingesteld. Daardoor wordt er meer van uw beenspieren verlangt, wat kan betekenen dat u niet
meer zo lang kunt trainen als u wilt. Wanneer u ook uw fitness wilt verbeteren dient u uw
trainingsprogramma aan te passen. U dient dan normaal te trainen tijdens het opwarmen en het
afkoelen, maar aan het eind van het trainingsprogramma dient u de weerstand te vermeerderen
om uw benen harder dan normaal te laten werken. De snelheid dient u dan te verminderen om
uw hartslag binnen de doel-zone te houden.
GEWICHT VERLIES
Hierbij is de belangrijke factor de hoeveelheid inspanning u er in stopt. Hoe harder en langer u
traint hoe meer calorieen u verbruikt. In feite is dit hetzelfde als wanneer u traint om uw fitness
te verbeteren, alleen het doel is anders.
