Carne com vinho tinto
3 colheres de sopa óleo
2 cebolas grandes cortadas
1,5kg bife para guisar, cortado aos
cubos
16 azeitonas pretas
2 dentes de alho, esmagados
(opcional)
10 tomates pelados, sem sementes
e cortados grosseiramente
800g cogumelos
1 litro vinho tinto seco
Sal e pimenta preta acabada de moer
2 folhas de louro
Salsa cortada aos bocadinhos
Numa frigideira, frite as cebolas no
óleo até ficarem moles. Adicione a
carne e aloure de todos os lados.
Adicione todos os ingredientes
restantes excepto a salsa e deixe
ferver. Transfira todos os
ingredientes no recipiente de
cerâmica e coloque-o na base da
panela eléctrica. Coloque a tampa
na panela eléctrica digital de
cozedura lenta. Deixe cozinhar
durante aproximadamente 4 a 8
horas. Antes de servir, retire as
folhas de louro e espalhe a salsa.
Gulache Húngaro
1kg bife para guisar, corte em
cubos
75g farinha com especiarias
5 colheres de sopa óleo vegetal
2 cebolas grandes, cortadas
aos bocadinhos
1 pimentão verde, sem
sementes e picado
2 cenouras, descascadas e
picadas
2 aipo cortado aos
bocadinhos
3 colheres de chá
páprica
5 colheres de sopa
puré de tomate
Uma pitada de noz moscada moída
5 colheres de chá
ervas aromáticas misturadas
Sal e pimenta preta acabada de moer
400 ml caldo de carne
400g lata de tomates, cortados
em pedaços
400 ml vinho tinto (opcional)
5 colheres de chá
molho inglês
Envolva a carne com farinha com
especiarias. Aqueça o óleo numa
frigideira e frite cebolas, pimentões,
cenouras e aipo até ficarem moles.
Acrescente a carne e frite até
alourar. Acrescente a páprica, puré
de tomate, noz moscada, mistura
de ervas secas e cozinhe por mais
dois minutos. Acrescente o caldo,
os tomates, o vinho tinto e o molho
inglês. Deixe ferver. Transfira todos
os ingredientes no recipiente de
cerâmica e coloque-o na base da
panela eléctrica. Coloque a tampa
na panela eléctrica digital de
cozedura lenta. Deixe cozinhar
durante, aproximadamente 5 a 7
horas.
