Chilli com carne
3 colheres de sopa
óleo vegetal
2 cebolas grandes picadas
4 dentes de alho, esmagados
1 pimentão verde, sem
sementes e picado
1 kg carne picada
2 x 400g lata de tomates, cortados
aos pedaços
3 colheres de chá pimentão em pó
3 colheres de sopa farinha
3 colheres de chá açúcar amarelo
7 colheres de sopa puré de tomate
Sal e pimenta preta acabada de moer
2 x 400g latas de feijões vermelhos,
escorridos
Frite as cebolas, alho e pimentão
numa frigideira até ficarem moles.
Acrescente a carne picada e frite
até alourar. Misture o pimentão em
pó, a farinha, o açúcar amarelo e o
puré de tomate. Junte e mexa os
tomates, a massa de chilli e
tempero. Transfira todos os
ingredientes no recipiente de
cerâmica e coloque-o na base da
panela eléctrica. Coloque a tampa
na panela eléctrica digital de
cozedura lenta. Deixe cozinhar
durante, aproximadamente 3 a 7
horas. Uma hora antes de servir
acrescente os feijões vermelhos.
Sirva com arroz ou batata assada.
Molho à bolonhesa
1 kg carne picada
2 cebolas grandes, cortadas
aos bocadinhos
4 aipo picado
2 dentes de alho, esmagados
5 colheres de sopa puré de tomate
3 colheres de sopa farinha
2x400g lata de tomates,
incluindo o sumo
400ml caldo de carne
200g cogumelos laminados
1 colher de chá ervas aromáticas
misturadas
Sal e pimenta preta acabada de moer
Numa frigideira aloure ligeiramente
a carne picada sem juntar gordura
ou óleo. Quando a gordura começar
a escorrer da carne, acrescente a
cebola, o aipo e o alho. Frite por
uns minutos e depois acrescente o
puré de tomate. Misture um pouco
do sumo de tomate com a farinha
para fazer um molho suave.
Acrescente à carne com os
restantes tomates e sumo e mexa
continuamente até ferver. Adicione
os restantes ingredientes e misture
bem. Transfira todos os ingredientes
para o recipiente de cerâmica e
coloque-o na base da panela
eléctrica. Coloque a tampa na
panela eléctrica digital de cozedura
lenta. Deixe cozinhar durante,
aproximadamente 3 a 8 horas
(Note: Pode aparecer um leve
crosta na carne no topo.
Desaparece assim que mexer a
carne junto com o molho).
