Caril de Carne
5 colheres de sopa óleo vegetal
2 maçãs grandes cozidas,
descascadas, sem caroço e
cortadas aos pedaços
4 cebolas grandes cortadas
1,5 kg bife para guisar, cortado aos
cubos
5 colheres de chá pó de caril
5 colheres de sopa farinha normal
1 litro caldo de carne
Sal e pimenta preta acabada de moer
5 colheres de sopa molho agridoce de
manga
125g sultanas
400g tomate de lata, cortado aos
pedaços
2 colheres de sopa sumo de limão
Frite a maçã e a cebola numa
frigideira até ficarem moles. Cubra a
carne com farinha temperada,
adicione à frigideira e frite até
alourar ligeiramente. Adicione o
caldo e mexa-o até ferver. Adicione
os ingredientes restantes até ferver.
Transfira todos os ingredientes para
o recipiente de cerâmica e coloque-
o na base da panela eléctrica.
Coloque a tampa na panela
eléctrica digital de cozedura lenta.
Deixe cozinhar durante
aproximadamente 4 a 7 horas. No
final do tempo de cozedura, pode
ser necessário engrossar o molho.
Carne páprica
1,5kg bife guisado
75g farinha com especiarias
4 cebolas grandes cortadas
2 dentes de alho, esmagados
75g banha
1kg tomates
1 litro caldo de carne assada
3 colheres de chá páprica
3 colheres de sopa puré de tomate
4 folhas de louro
3 colheres de chá ervas aromáticas
misturadas
Sal e pimenta preta acabada de moer
Corte a carne em cubos e envolva
na farinha maisena com especiarias.
Numa frigideira, frite cebolas e alho
até ficarem moles e depois
acrescente a carne e continue a
fritar até a carne ficar ligeiramente
alourada. Pele e corte os tomates
em pedaços pequenos, acrescente
a carne com o caldo, (misturado
com a páprica) puré de tomate,
folhas de louro e ervas aromáticas.
Tempere a gosto e deixe ferver.
Transfira todos os ingredientes para
o recipiente de cerâmica e coloque-
o na unidade base. Tape com a
tampa de vidro Deixe cozinhar
durante aproximadamente 5 a 8
horas. Antes de servir, retire as
folhas de louro e engrosse o molho,
se necessário.
