Ingrediënten voor ca. 6 personen:
1 lamsbout (ca. 1500 g)
zout, peper
3 theelepels kruiden uit de Provence
2 knoflookteentjes
30 g vloeibare boter
100 ml rode wijn
50 g zure room
150 ml vleesbouillon (instant)
maïzena
Bereiding
1. Haal alle velletjes van de lamsbout.
Kruid het vlees met zout, peper, krui-
den uit de Provence en de geperste
knoflooktenen. Bestrijk het vlees met
boter en leg het in een braadpan. Doe
een deksel op de pan en braad het
vlees ca. 30 minuten.
2. Voeg de rode wijn, de bouillon en de
zure room toe en braad het vlees zon
-
der deksel verder.
3. Voeg aan het braadvocht water toe
en bind het vocht met voorbereide
maïzena. Serveer de saus met het in
plakken gesneden vlees.
