Kalfsvlees met room
Totale bereidingstijd: 130-140 minu

Ingrediënten voor ca. 6 personen:
1000 g kalfsbraadvlees (bout of
fricandeau)
1 afgestreken theelepel zout
1/2 theelepel witte peper
2 afgestreken theelepels papika,
edelzoet
boter of margarine
2 uien, 2 wortels
2 tomaten
2 kalfsbotten
250 ml room
maïzena
Bereiding
1. Bestrooi het vlees met zout, peper en
paprika. Bestrijk het vlees met vet en
leg het in een braadpan. Snijd de
geschilde wortels, uien en tomaten in
grove stukken en doe deze met de bot
-
ten bij het vlees.
2. Voeg na ca. 30 minuten ca. 1/4 l
vocht toe. Herhaal dit om de 30 minu
-
ten. Voeg ten slotte de room toe.
3. Voeg aan het braadvocht water toe
en bind het vocht met voorbereide
maïzena. Serveer de saus met het in
plakken gesneden vlees.
