1poitrine de porc
(1,5 à 2kg, désossée), préparée
Sel
250g de miel | liquide
2c. à s. de sauce soja, sucrée
2c.àc. de sauce soja
1c. à c. de gingembre, frais | finement
râpé
1c.àc. de poudre cinq épices (Five
Spice)
1gros piment, rouge | épépiné et fine-
ment émincé
1gros piment, vert | épépiné et fine-
ment émincé

Plaque de cuisson multi-usages
Préparation
Entailler la peau de la poitrine de porc
avec un couteau bien aiguisé dans le
sens de la longueur et en biais, en tra-
çant des lignes espacées d'1cm. Pla-
cer la viande avec la peau vers le haut
sur la grille ou le plat multi-usages et
cuire jusqu'à obtention d'une belle cou-
leur dorée. Poser sur la plaque de cuis-
son multi-usages et enfourner.
Programme automatique:
Pour terminer, cuire.
Réglages manuels:
Cuire conformément à l'étape de cuis-
son1 à 4.
Pour la sauce, mettre le miel, la sauce
soja, le gingembre et la poudre cinq
épices dans une casserole, remuer et
mijoter à feu moyen pendant 10mi-
nutes. Maintenir au chaud et ajouter le
piment juste avant de servir.
Laisser reposer la poitrine de porc pen-
dant 10minutes avant de la trancher.
Couper la viande en portions et servir
avec la sauce.
