Tartelettes au chocolat
Temps de préparation: 70minutes

Pour la pâte
70g de chocolat noir
70g de beurre
70g de sucre
4œufs, calibre M
70g de poudre d'amandes
20g de chapelure
500 ml de sauce à la vanille
200g de crème fleurette
Pour le saupoudrage
40g de sucre glace
Pour le moule
1c.àc. de beurre

8moules à tartelette, 6cm

Préparation
Faire fondre le chocolat et le beurre
dans une casserole à feu doux, puis
laisser refroidir un peu.
Mélanger le beurre, le sucre et les
jaunes d'œufs jusqu'à obtenir un mé-
lange crémeux. Incorporer le chocolat,
la poudre d'amandes et la chapelure.
Démarrer le programme automatique
ou préchauffer le four.
Battre les blancs d'œufs en neige et in-
corporer à l'appareil au chocolat.
Beurrer les moules à tartelette. Verser la
préparation.
Poser les petits moules sur la plaque de
cuisson multi-usages et enfourner.
Cuire les tartelettes au chocolat.
Fouetter la crème fleurette et l'incorpo-
rer à la sauce vanille. Répartir uniformé-
ment sur les assiettes à dessert.
Démouler les tartelettes au chocolat à
l'aide d'un couteau. Disposer une tarte-
lette sur chaque assiette à dessert.
Saupoudrer de sucre glace juste avant
de servir.
