Op een schaal doen, op smaak maken en met de
gehakte dragon bestrooien.
IJskoude frambozenmousse
In de kom met de klopper de eiwitten stijfkloppen, in
een andere kom overdoen en opzijzetten.
Met de citruspers de citroen persen.
De citruspers vervangen door het metalen mes en de
heel licht ontdooide frambozen, de poedersuiker en
het citroensap in de kom doen. De machine 1 minuut
laten draaien.
Dit mengsel op de stijfgeslagen eiwitten doen en voor-
zichtig met een spatel vermengen. Verdelen over
individuele ijscoupes en onmiddellijk serveren.
Dit nagerecht moet ogenblikkelijk worden opgediend
en kan absoluut niet wachten.
Ingrediënten:
(voor 4 personen)
300 g diepvries frambozen
1 citroen
5 eetl. poedersuiker
3 eiwitten
1 wortel
2 middelgrote courgettes
2 eetl. olijfolie
1 theel. gehakte dragon
zout, peper
