De pijnpitten toevoegen en enkele keren op Pulse
drukken.
De kip vullen met het mengsel en in de braadslede
leggen. Licht met zout en peper bestrooien, wat
water toevoegen en in 1 uur in de oven gaar en bruin
bakken, onder veelvuldig begieten.
N.B.! Deze vulling is geschikt voor alle soorten gevogelte
(kip, kalkoen, parelhoen).
Appel crumble
De oven voorverwarmen op 175° C (T6).
De appels schillen, in plakjes snijden en in een licht
beboterde gratineerschaal doen.
In de kom met het metalen mes snel (enkele keren op
Pulse drukken) de boter, de suiker, de vanillesuiker, de
kaneel, de bloem en de amandelpoeder mengen.
Dit kruimelige deeg over de appel verdelen.
De appel crumble in ongeveer 30 minuten in de oven
gaar en bruin bakken. Warm opdienen. Geef er verse
room of vanille-ijs bij.

4 Granny Smith appels of
Goudrenetten

zonder korst
15 cl melk
200 g verse spinazie
2 eetl. pijnboompitten
2 eetl. cognac
