Note: the inhibition time is set at 5-second intervals.
If the "always active" parameter is disabled, the detection will take place only when the system is armed (while the
tampering is always active).
• Always active: If this option is not selected, the sensor detects any movements only when the system is switched on.
When this option is enabled, the detection analysis carried out by the sensor is always active.
The option to use if the unum wireless sensor is desired to be used in home automation applications.
After the arming, there may be a maximum delay of 80 seconds before the sensor is fully operational.
• High sensitivity: If this option is disabled, a higher threshold for the immunity to the interferences is introduced in the
detection analysis. Sensitivity is reduced by 30%.
• Reduced range: in optimal conditions, the sensor has a range of about 12 metres. By selecting this option, the range is
reduced to about 6 metres
velum
The parameters available for the velum wireless detectors are:
• Description: the name given to the device (e.g. outdoor sensor in the terrace etc.).
• Serial number: this is the code which identifies the peripheral. Simply update the serial number to acquire the new
peripheral and to keep any previously saved settings if the device is being replaced.
• Supervision: maximum time between two consecutive transmissions.
• Inhibition: this is the time (expressed in seconds) between the transmission of two alarms. To save the battery power,
the detector emits only one alarm during the set interval even if the events that generate the alarms are multiple.
Minimum configurable time: 5 seconds.
Maximum configurable time: 300 seconds.

to generate an alarm).
• Anti-masking: the masking analysis can be set on three levels:
- Disabled: the anti-masking function is disabled.
- Standard: masking within 10 minutes
- Fast: masking within 180 seconds and 3 minutes
