Der Aufwärtshub ist beendet, wenn die Beine nahezu gestreckt sind und der
Griffbügel in die Nähe des Oberkörpers gezogen ist. Der Oberkörper ist
aufgerichtet. Fließender Übergang zum Abwärtshub (Umkehrphase).
Während des Abwärtshubes die Arme langsam wieder strecken und die
Beine beugen bis zur Ausgangsposition. Kurz vor Endanschlag des Gerä-
tes erneut fließender Übergang in den Aufwärtshub.
When the legs are almost fully stretched and the grip is pulled up near
the upper part of your body the upward stroke is complete. The body is
now upright. Ensure a smooth changeover to the downward movement
(reverse phase).
During the downward movement, stretch the arms slowly and bend the
knees until the starting position is again reached. Before reaching the end
stop of the machine, begin another smooth change into the upward stro-
ke.

trap naar boven.

El movimiento de avance finaliza cuando los pies están casi estirados y
el estribo del manillar se haya acercado al tronco por tracción. El tron-
co está enderezado. Cambio directo al movimiento de retroceso (fase de
inversión).
Durante la carrera descendente, estirar lentamente los brazos y flexionar
las piernas hasta la posición inicial. Antes de llegar al tope final del apa-
rato, paso fluido a la carrera ascendente.
Tredje momentet
Uppåtrörelsen avslutas med benen nästan sträckta och handtagsbygeln
uppdragen mot överkroppen. Överkroppen hålls upprätt. Gör en smidig över-
gång till nedåtrörelsen (returfasen).
Fjärde momentet
Under nedåtslaget sträcks armarna sakta och benen böjs till utgångslå-
get. Se även här till att övergången till uppåtslaget blir smidig
