Der Aufwärtshub ist beendet, wenn Beine und Arme nahezu gestreckt sind.
Der Oberkörper bleibt aufgerichtet. Fließender Übergang zum Abwärtshub
(Umkehrphase).
Während des Abwärtshubes Arme und Beine langsam wieder beugen bis
zur Ausgangsposition. Kurz vor Endanschlag des Gerätes erneut fließen-
der Übergang in den Aufwärtshub.
The upward stroke is completed when legs and arms are nearly stretched.
Keep your upper body upright. Fluid transition to the downward stroke
(reversing phase).
During downward stroke slowly bend arms and legs again until you reach
the starting position. Shortly before the limit stop of the device there is
another fluid transition to the upward stroke.
La course de montée est achevée quand les jambes et les bras sont pres-
que tendus. Le tronc reste redressé. Passage sans à-coup à la course de
descente (phase d‘inversion).

beweging naar onderen (omkeerfase).
Tijdens de beweging naar onderen de armen en benen langzam weer bu-
igen tot u de uitgangspositie heeft bereikt. Kort voor de eindaanslag van
het toestel opnieuw vloeiende overgang naar de beweging naar boven.
Uppåtrörelsen avslutas med benen nästan sträckta och handtagsbygel
uppdragen mot överkroppen. Överkroppen hålls upprätt. Gör en smidig
övergång till nedåtrörelsen (returfasen).
Böj armarna och benen långsamt under nedåtrörelsen till utgångsläget.
Påbörja en smidig övergång till uppåtrörelsen strax före anslaget i ne-
dersta läget.

El movimiento de avance finaliza cuando los pies y los brazos están casi
estirados. El tronco se mantiene enderezado. Cambio directo al movi-
miento de retroceso (fase de inversión).
4a. Fase
Durante el movimiento de retroceso volver a doblar los brazos y las pier-
nas lentamente hasta la posición de partida. Poco antes de llegar el tope
del aparato se produce nuevamente el cambio directo al movimiento de
avance.
3a. Fase
Il sollevamento verso l'alto è finito, quando le gambe e le braccia sono
quasi stese. Il busto rimane eretto. Passaggio sciolto al sollevamento ver-
so il basso (fase di inversione).
4a Fase
Durante il sollevamento verso il basso, ripiegare lentamente le braccia e
le gambe fino alla posizione iniziale. Poco prima del blocco dell'attrez-
zo di nuovo passaggio sciolto al sollevamento verso l'alto.
