Beinpressen und Bankdrücken sitzend
Griffbügel demontieren, die Hände fassen die
Handgriffe. Der Bewegungsablauf erfolgt wie bei
der Ganzköper-Drückbewegung (vgl. S. 28/29),
hier jedoch isoliert für das verstärkte Beintraining.
Griffbügel für die Drückbewegung aufstecken
und in hoher Einstellposition fixieren. Die Füße
befinden sich auf den Fußstützen. Der Bewe-
