Rosemary Potatoes
Portions: 2
Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes
Cooking time: approx. 30 minutes
Ingredients:
500 g small potatoes (waxy)
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. fl our
Seasoning: fresh rosemary sprigs, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them in halve, wash and dry them.
2. Insert the basket insert into the device.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of fl our to the potatoes and
place into the hot-air fryer.
4. Add the rosemary sprigs to the potatoes.
5. Spread another tablespoon of olive oil over the potatoes.
6. Set the cooking temperature to 200 °C.
7. Set the cooking time to approx. 30 minutes and switch on the device.
8. Your rosemary potatoes are ready for serving when they have developed a lovely
golden brown colour.
9. If the rosemary potatoes are not yet cooked when the cooking time is up, set
the cooking temperature to 180 °C and extend the cooking time.
10. If necessary, add a little salt and pepper to season your rosemary potatoes.
11. Tastes superb with freshly grilled meat and fresh vegetables.
