Rosmarinkartoffeln
Portionen: 2
Vorbereitungszeit: ca. 20 Minuten
Garzeit: ca. 30 Minuten
Zutaten:
500 g kleine Kartoffeln (festkochend)
2 – 3 EL Olivenöl
2 EL Mehl
Gewürze: Frische Rosmarinzweige, Salz und Pfeffer n. B.
Zubereitung:
1. Kartoffeln schälen, halbieren, waschen und abtrocknen.
2. Korbeinsatz in das Gerät einsetzen.
3. Die Kartoffeln mit 2 Esslöffeln Olivenöl und 2 Esslöffeln Mehl mischen und in die
Heißluftfritteuse geben.
4. Geben Sie die Rosmarinzweige zu den Kartoffeln.
5. Verteilen Sie einen weiteren Esslöffel Olivenöl über die Kartoffeln.
6. Gartemperatur auf 200 °C einstellen.
7. Garzeit auf ca. 30 Minuten einstellen und das Gerät einschalten.
8. Ihre Rosmarinkartoffeln sind servierfertig, wenn Sie eine schöne goldbraune
Farbe angenommen haben.
9. Sollten die Rosmarinkartoffeln nach Ablauf der Garzeit noch nicht gar sein,
stellen Sie die Gartemperatur auf 180 °C ein und verngern die Garzeit.
10. Schmecken Sie Ihre Rosmarinkartoffeln ggf. mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer ab.
11. Schmeckt hervorragend zu frisch gebratenem Fleisch und frischem Gemüse.
