TIME
Use these switches for the postponing the operation start.
DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAMS
1. Basic 3:00
Used for white or black bread, even added of raisins or aromas.
2. Wholewheat 3:40
For baking bread of wholewheat. This program has a pre-heat time for permitting to this type of wheat to absorb
water and to swallow. In this case it is advisable using the delay timer for satisfying results.
3. French 3:50
For baking light bread, like French bread, crusty but light.
4. Quick 2:10
For baking white bread in a shorter time. The bread prepared with this program is normally smaller and thick.
Kneading, rise and baking loaf with baking soda or baking powder. Bread baked on this setting is usually smaller
with a dense texture. Quick breads are made with baking powder and baking soda hat activated by moisture and
heat. For perfect quick breads, it is suggested that all liquids be placed in the bottom of the bread pan, dry
ingredients on top. During the initial mixing of quick bread batters and dry ingredients may collect in the corners
of the pan, it may be necessary to help machine mix to avoid our clumps. If so, use a rubber spatula.
5. Sweet 2:50
Kneading, rise and baking sweet bread. You may also add ingredients to add avor.
6. Cake 1:50
This program permits to mix the ingredients for a cake and bake them. It is necessary mixing 2 groups of
ingredients before introducing them into the appliance.
7. Jam 1:20
This program can be used for the preparation of fresh fruit marmalades and jams. Don’t let the ingredients boiling
over the bread pan. In case this happens, turn immediately off the appliance, let the pan cool down and clean it.
8. Dough 1:30
This program prepares only the dough but doesn’t bake. It is therefore necessary taking off the dough and shape
it for pizza, bread rolls, etc.. With this program it is possible preparing any type of dough. Don’t exceed the
1000 gr with the mixed ingredients.
9. Ultra Fast 0:59
Keading, rise and baking loaf in a short time, bread with a dense texture. The bread maker can bake loaf within
1 hour with ultra fast program. These 2 settings can bake bread in 58 minutes, the bread is a little more dense
in texture. Please noted ingredient of water should be hot water in the range of 48-50°C, you must use a cooking
thermometer to measure the temperature. The water temperature is very critical to the performance of baking. If
the water temperature is too low the bread will not be rise to expected size; if the water temperature is too high it
will kill the yeast prior to rising, which also will largely affect the baking performance.
10. Bake 0:10 - 1:00
Only baking, no kneading and rise. Also used to increase the baking time on selected settings.
11. Gluten-free 2:50
Kneading, rise and baking gluten-free bread. You may also add ingredients to add avor.
12. Home Made
When select the menu at the HOME MADE,the default state is the same as the program of BASIC, but the user
can set yourself programs according to your desire and experience. Press the CYCLE button, LCD will cycle to
display and ash the process as following: KNEAD1 - RISE1 - KNEAD2 - RISE2 - RISE3 - BAKE - KEEP WARM,
select desired process. Then press the TIME button to set the operation time for selected process. The time
increase is 1 minutes every time, after achieving the max time, if you press the TIME once, the time will
return to the minimum time, if you press the TIME continuously, the time will increase continuously and
rapidly. After setting the process time, press the CYCLE button to conrm the setting. Then press the CYCLE
button to select the next process, and repeat the time setting until all the processes have been set.
Press the START/STOP button to stop setting the process program and save the time setting, the LCD
will display the total time nishing all the processes, press the START/STOP button again to start the set
program. The program of HOME MADE is mainly suitable for the user who is familiar with the operation process
and make the bread according to herself desire and experience.
DESCRIPTION DES PROGRAMMES
1. Basic 3:00
Pour les pains blanc et brun. Sert aussi pour les pains aromatisés avec ajout d’herbes et de raisins.
2. Wholewheat 3:40
Pour la cuisson des pains contenant une forte proportion de blé complet. Ce réglage comporte un plus long
temps de préchauffage pour permettre à la farine complète de bien s’imbiber d’eau et de goner. Il est déconseillé
de se servir de la minuterie de départ différé car celle-ci pourrait produire de mauvais résultats.
3. French 3:50
Pour la cuisson des pains légers tels que le pain français, qui a une croûte plus croustillante et une texture légère.
4. Quick 2:10
Pour le pain blanc requis dans un temps très court. Le pain cuit sous ce réglage est généralement plus petit avec
une texture dense.
Pour obtenir du pain blanc plus rapidement. Le pain qu’on obtien de cette façon est souvent plus petit et sa
consistance est dense. Pétrissage, levure et cuisson dans le four plus rapides. Pendant la phase initiale de
pétrissage il faudrait aider la machine en enlevant des restes éventuels de farine des parois du récipient de
cuisson avec une gâche en plastique.
5. Sweet 2:50
Pétrissage, levage et cuisson pour obtenir du pain doux.
6. Cake 1:50
Ce réglage assure le mélange des ingrédients et ensuite la cuisson pendant une durée préétablie. Il est
nécessaire de mélanger deux groupes d’ingrédients dans des saladiers avant de les verser dans le four à pain.
7. Jam 1:20
Servez-vous de ce réglage pour faire de la conture de fruits frais et de la marmelade d’oranges de Séville. N’aug
mentez pas les quantités ou veillez à ce que la préparation ne déborde pas, en bouillant, de la cuve/moule à pain
dans la chambre de cuisson. Si cela se produit, stoppez la machine immédiatement.
Sortez la cuve avec précaution, laissez refroidir un peu et nettoyez à fond.
8. Dough 1:30
Ce réglage sert uniquement à fabriquer la pâte et fait l’impasse sur la cuisson nale du pain. Sortez la pâte de
l’appareil et mettez-la en forme pour réaliser des petits pains, des pizzas, etc... Il est possible de préparer
n’importe quelle pâte avec ce réglage. Veillez à ne pas aller au-delà de 1000 g d’ingrédients au total.
9. Ultra Fast (très rapide) 0:59
Pétrissage, levage et cuisson. Le pain qu’on obtien de cette façon est souvent plus petit et sa consistance est
dense. Utilisez de l’eau très chaude (48-50°C) pour aider le levage.
Le pain ne cuit pas bien si on utilise de l’eau trop froide ou trop chaude.
10. Bake (Four) 0:10 - 1:00
Cuisson dans le four seulement, pas de pétrissage et de levage. On peut modier le temps de cuisson de 10 à 60
minutes avec le bouton TIME.
11. Gluten-free (Sans gluten) 2:50
Pétrissage, levage et cuisson du pain sans gluten.
12. Home Made (Personnalisé)
Ce programme est personnalisable selon votre goût et votre expérience.
On peut modier le temps de pétrissage, de levage, de cuisson et de maintien au chaud.
Quand on sélectionne ce programme pour la première fois les établissements sont ceux du Programme Basic
mais vous pouvez en modier la durée selon vos nécessités.
Quand on appuye sur le bouton CYCLE le display montrera les phases suivantes dont on peut modier la durée en
appuyant sur le bouton TIME (appuyez sur CYCLE pour conrmer chaque phase et pour passer à la suivante):
Knead 1 (pétrissage 1): de 6 à 14 minutes
Rise 1 (levage 1): de 20 à 60 minutes
Knead 2 (pétrissage 2): de 5 à 20 minutes
Rise 2 (levage 2): de 5 à 120 minutes
Rise 3 (levage 3): de 0 à 120 minutes
Bake (cuisson): de 0 à 80 minutes
Keep Warm (maintien au chaud): de 0 à 60 minutes
Après avoir établi toutes les phases appuyez sur START/STOP pour enrégistrer les établissements.
Appuyez de nouveau sur START/STOP pour commencer le programme.
