Indique le niveau de coloration choisi;
Indique le poids choisi;

Indique le temps restant avant achèvement du programme (3:20, par exemple, signie 3 heures et 20 minutes; 0:20
signie 20 minutes);
Afche l’alarme de température.
L’horaire courant et l’horaire où le pain sera prêt.
La phase (pétrissage, levage, cuisson, maintien au chaud) du programe commencé.
START/STOP
Star: appuyez sur cette touche pendant 1 seconde environ pour démarrer: un bip se fait entendre, le double point (:)
se met à clignoter et le programme démarre.
Stop: appuyez sur cette touche pendant 2 secondes environ pour arrêter l’appareil: un bip retentit pour conrmer
l’arrêt.
PAUSE
Après avoir commencé un programme (sauf pendant la phase "maintien au chaud") on peut le suspendre en appuyant
sur ce bouton pendant 1,5 secondes. Le temps restant clignotera sur le display. Pour rétablir le programme appuyez
sur le bouton PAUSE de nouveau pendant 1,5 secondes.
TOUCHE MENU
Permet de choisir un programme dans la liste (numérotée de 1 à 12).
TOUCHE LOAF SIZE
Programme utilisé pour choisir la mesure du pain, petite ou grande.
TOUCHE COLOR
Permet de choisir entre une croûte légèrement colorée, moyennement colorée ou de coloration foncée (pour certains
programmes uniquement).
CYCLE
Pendant le programme 12 "Home Made" ce bouton permet de choisir parmi plusieurs phases (pétrissage 1, levage 1,
pétrissage 2, levage 2, levage 3, cuisson, maintien au chaud) et de les modier en suite.
TIME
Utilisez ce bouton pour régler l’heure courante et pour retarder le commencement du programme.
You can self-program and re-set every step time by this menu. The time range of each program is as following:
KNEAD1: 6-14 minutes
RISE1: 20-60 minutes
KNEAD2: 5-20 minutes
RISE2: 5-120 minutes
RISE3: 0-120 minutes
BAKE: 0-80 minutes
KEEP WARM: 0-60 minutes
USE OF THE BREAD MAKER
1. Taking off the bread pan
Open the cover and take off the pan grasping the handle and rising it up. Lay it on the board. It is important
introducing the ingredients into the pan while it is outside the appliance, in order to avoid ingredients to fall inside
the bread maker and burn due to heating elements.
2. Fixing of the kneading blade
Fix the kneading blade on the shaft pressing onto it.
3. To measure out ingredients
Measure out the necessary ingredients and to introduce them into the pan following the order indicated by
the recipes. When you introduce the yeast into the pan, make sure that it doesn’t get in contact with water or
other liquids, as it would activate immediately. Use warm water (21 – 28°C).
4. Repositioning the pan
Reposition the pan into the bread machine. Close the cover.
5. Connect the appliance
Connect the appliance to the main. Open the switch back of the appliance. The bread maker will automatically set
on the basin program and with normal time. Any time a button is switched an acoustic signal is heard.
6. Program selection
Chose any program desired from the list pressing the button MENU.
7. Weight selection
Press the button LOAF SIZE for selecting amongst small loaf or big loaf.
8. Browning selection
Chose the grade of browning desired, pressing the button COLOR.
9. Delay time selection
To postpone the preparation and baking of bread, it is necessary programming time delay as shown in the next
paragraph.
10. Start up the appliance
Press the button START/STOP for set in function the appliance. The remaining time will be shown in a countdown
decreasing each minute.
11. Advancement
The appliance will execute automatically the different phases of the programs. In case it has been selected
a program that foresees a second kneading process, they can be heard acoustic signals that advise when it is
possible adding other ingredients like fruits, nuts, etc… During baking it is possible the steam comes out from air
outlet, this is absolutely normal.
12. End
The program has been completed and bread is cooked, on the display it appears "0:00" and this is advised by an
acoustic signal.
13. Keeping warm
The keeping warm function let hot air blowing for further 60 minutes for the most part of cooking programs. For
obtaining the best results, take off the bread pan and the loaf during this laps of time or as soon as the cooking
program is nished. At the end of the keeping warm program, 10 acoustic signals will be heard. If you would like
to take the bread out, switch the program off with the START/STOP button.
14. Taking off bread from the pan
Press STOP. Open the cover. CAUTION: use kitchen gloves for taking off the bread pan (the bread pan is very
hot).
