Kontrol af hjertefrekvensen (P 10 – 12)

Programmer Kontrol af hjertefrekvensen 60 % (P 10), Kontrol af hjertefrekven-
sen 75 % (P 11) og Kontrol af hjertefrekvensen 85 % (P 12) hjælper dig med at
holde en konkret målpuls der svarer til formålet med træningen.
Dette sker ved hjælp af beregning af den korrekte hjertefrekvens ud fra de
indtastede oplysninger (fx alder) samt en konstant overvågning af hjertefre-
kvensen under træningen.
Dette program er baseret på 2 videnskabelige erkendelser fra
idræts- og medicinsk forskning:
• Hver menneskelig organisme har sin egen specik maksimal hjertefrekvens.
• Alt efter træningens formål skal hjertefrekvensen under træningen ligge
mellem 50 % og 85 % af den maksimale hjertefrekvens.
Den sædvanlige fremgangsmåde ved beregning af den maksimale
hjertefrekvens under en træning er:
220 – alder = max. puls
De procentuelle værdier af den maksimale hjertefrekvens har følgende
betydning under træningen:
• 50 – 60 %: lav permanent belastning
• 60 – 70 %: optimal puls under træningen
• 70 – 80 %: øget ydeevne
• 80 – 85 %: konkurrencetræning (anaerob træning)
• over 85 %: udgør risiko for helbredet

Program 10 (kontrol af hjertefrekvensen 60 %) udregner 60 % af din maksima-
le puls og bruger denne værdi som målpulsen ved tilpasning af modstanden.

Program 11 (kontrol af hjertefrekvensen 75 %) udregner 75 % af din maksima-
le puls og bruger denne værdi som målpulsen ved tilpasning af modstanden.
Vælg dette program, hvis du vil træne ved 75 % af din maksimale puls.
